Consent to personal data processing

In accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006, I make a decision to provide my personal data and give my consent to their processing of my own free will and for my benefit to Autonomous Nonprofit Organization “ESG Support Center”, a legal entity incorporated under the laws of the Russian Federation and located at: apt. 60, 46 Frunzenskaya Naberezhnaya, Moscow, 119270, main state registration number (OGRN) 1207700294010, Tax ID (INN) 9704027679 (“ANO“) for the purposes of ANO’s and its partners’ events registration.

The list of personal data to the processing of which the consent is given:

  • surname, first name, patronymic;
  • country/region;
  • name of present employer;
  • job title;
  • e-mail address.

I give my consent for all the foregoing personal data to undergo the following operations:

  • collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refining (updating or modification) of the personal data;
  • use of the personal data;
  • transfer of the personal data to ANO partners organizing events;
  • depersonalization, blocking, destruction of the personal data;
  • any other operations with the personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

The personal data can be processed both with and without using automation aids (in the event of non-automatic processing). In the course of personal data processing ANO is not limited in terms of application of methods of their processing.

I may revoke this consent any time by written application to ANO delivered by registered mail return receipt requested or by hand against signed receipt to a properly authorized representative of ANO. After the consent is so revoked, my personal data shall be used only for the purposes provided by the laws of the Russian Federation.

I understand that putting “V” in the field to the left of the phrase “I accept the terms and conditions of the Consent to the personal data processing” on the website https://eng.cgi-russia.ru/ means that I agree with the terms and conditions described therein and with any and all rules, conditions and information posted on the foregoing website.

I understand that putting “V” in the field to the left of the phrase “I agree to receive information materials” on the website https://eng.cgi-russia.ru/ means my consent to receive information and advertising materials from ANO or its partners through the use of postal, telephone, mobile radiotelephone communications, electronic communications and other means of communication.
